With almost 30 years of software development experience, the owner, Terry Kingry formed Kingry Corporation in 2011. Primary business work has been in the areas of web development and state and local government application development. Terry also has had extensive experience in management, networking, computer repair, technical support, and teaching. Solving the problems that are generally thought impossible are what Terry thrives on and the ever changing variety of problems through the years have created a dynamic work environment that never gets old.

• Technical lead including development, debugging, design, specifications, management, and analysis for nearly 30% of the U.S.A.’s HAVA compliant Statewide Election Management and Voting projects. Over 40 million voters utilize these systems and each project is a multi-million dollar contract. The projects involve combinations of .NET (C#, VB.NET) and Oracle (some with SQL Server) RDBMS. All are also using CITRIX, Active Reports, and Active Directory. Each development team is approximately 3-6 people. Team Foundation Server is used for source control. All projects were built using an OOP 3-tiered architecture approach and multithreading. • Technical Lead for Oregon Ballot Sorter project which utilizes web services (XML, SOAP, WSDL), IIS, C#, VB.NET, Oracle, PL/SQL, and directly interfaced to a UNIX shell for packaging images and handling data for sFTP transfer.
• Technical Lead for the Oregon Elections GIS project, used as HP Case Study and included in a white paper “HAVA’s Centralized Voter Registration Systems: 10 Years Later and Looking Ahead,” presented at the National Association of Secretaries of State annual conference in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This is a module to the existing application.
• State agency data loading and scheduling– Health, Motor Vehicles, Criminal, et. al.
